Growing Towards Your Self: a 5 week block of inspiration and connection for women held in sacred circle. The Elements, starting with Fire, will guide us each week in a process that will ground us each into a new vision and clear intention for the coming year. As in earlier circles, drum and sound and visualisation will support us alongside other creative tools.

We will meet at Northolme Community Centre in south Hereford, HR2 7SP, 7.30 pm until 9.00 pm on each of the following Wednesdays: January 17th, 24th and 31st and February 7th and 21st (there is a break of a week to allow for half term). You are welcome to join us for all 5 of the sessions or any of them individually. Pricing is £45 for all 5 sessions, payable in advance or £10 each session for less than 5. Payment will be due in cash on the night/first session or in advance by bank transfer.

You will need to bring something comfortable to sit on, (chairs will be available), as well as a journal or paper, and pen/pencil.

Circle of Women: Dark Moon Group — We are not currently not meeting in this Circle.

This circle, held within sacred space, a small group gathering before the New Moon each month. A deep relaxing space you are invited into for re-connecting. Re-connecting to self needs to happen before we can connect fully to others and to our natural world. A space is offered for you to remove yourself from your daily lives, to find who you are again, to give this space to your whole self.

In remembering and re-connecting with the inner parts of ourselves, we can find our creative self, find aspects of ourselves we had thought lost, aspects of ourselves almost entirely forgotten.

Re-connecting to our wholeness of being is an act of deep personal care and health giving.

Allow time to dream in this darkness of Moon, planting a seed that will blossom with the fullness of the Moon.

The circle often includes a shamanic journey, sound meditation as well as an opportunity to share if you would like to.
