Homeopathy is a natural and holistic approach to health care.
I am an experienced family homeopath working in Hereford, Abergavenny and Monmouth.
During the consultations with you a sense of spaciousness is offered – a space out of time, a place of deep listening and non-judgement.
You are offered this space to view your life from: to trace the threads, to unfold the threads. Walking by your side I encourage you to pause, observe, to question.
We work with connection, disconnection, remembering; how this affects you with physical symptoms, emotional suffering, mental struggles or spiritual aspects and questions.
Working with children offers an opportunity to build good health and resilience in each of them and to resolve ongoing health concerns.
I offer homeopathy consultations at Hereford Centre for Natural Health, Belmont, Hereford and as part of Abergavenny Complementary Practice at Abergavenny Community Centre.
I also offer consultations online.

My aim is to provide a safe support for each of you with whom I work. This safe place is essential for you to begin to explore the background to your current difficulties. The unfolding of your story is listened to in an atmosphere of respect and non-judgement, which is from where I will approach all of our work together.
I work holistically, meaning the whole of each of you is important to me and to your story with which we work. Your symptoms, diagnoses and how you are feeling and experiencing life are all regarded equally, whether they are of an emotional, mental, physical or spiritual nature. This is why each prescription is different, each one of you is an individual, and why my work is suitable for all ages, including babies and young children.
